Shipping policy

  • Our goal is to get all items shipped within 2 business days of your order date
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as the shipping label is created
  • Please remember that once your package leaves our store, we are no longer in control of shipping delays, lost packages, etc.  You will have to contact the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx) in which your package is being shipped with
  • Rafter JC Turquoise and Leather is not responsible for any lost packages or damages done by the shipping carrier.  We will do our absolute best to ensure proper packaging is used to prevent any potential damages.
  • If the buyer would like to purchase additional shipping insurance please email jentry@rafterjc-turquoiseandleather.com within 1 hour of purchase confirmation
